AutoAuthority

For independent Realtors® and small teams

When AI gets asked who to trust in your market, be the answer.

Buyers and sellers are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude which Realtor® to call. AI answers immediately, with or without your name. AutoAuthority builds the site and the content engine that make it your name.

Works with any market. See where you stand before you pay anything.

AI is already answering your clients’ first question. Are you in the answer?

The first call used to go to whoever ranked on Google or got the referral. Now a growing share of buyers and sellers open an AI assistant first and ask a human question: “Who should I call to sell a waterfront home in my town?” The assistant answers in seconds, confidently, with two or three names.

Most agents are not in those answers. Not because they are bad at their jobs, but because their online presence was never structured for how AI reads expertise: direct answers, real numbers, neighborhood depth, machine-readable proof.

That structure is exactly what AutoAuthority builds, and it runs on autopilot after onboarding.

How it works

Three moves. Then the system runs.

  1. 01

Tell us your market and who you serve

A twelve-step onboarding captures your proof stats, story, neighborhoods, testimonials, and ideal clients, plus the exact questions those clients type into ChatGPT. Thirty minutes, once.

  2. 02

We build your site and your blueprint

A custom site on one of four templates, structured the way AI reads expertise: answer-first pages for every neighborhood, question-led guides for every client type, schema everywhere.

  3. 03

The engine publishes while you sell

Every article answers a question from your blueprint, then atomizes into posts for up to thirteen channels. You approve, it publishes, and your visibility compounds.

Your new site

Four templates. Each one built to be the answer.

Why this exists

I built this for my dad.

My dad, Craig Ratowsky, has spent nearly five decades selling homes in Huntington Beach and Orange County. More than 900 of them. Few names in local real estate carry more trust, more goodwill, or more hard-earned respect than his. Then one night I asked ChatGPT who the best Realtor® in Huntington Beach was. He wasn’t in the answer. Neither were we.

That felt backwards, and not just for us. AI doesn’t measure reputation the way a community does. It rewards whoever structured their presence for machines first, which too often means the agents who speak fluent technology outrank the ones who spent those same years in living rooms, at kitchen tables, earning the trust AI is supposed to reflect. The deepest experience in the industry is the least visible to it, precisely because those agents were busy serving people instead of optimizing websites.

So I built the machine that closes that gap. I’m a third-generation California Realtor®; this business is my family’s story, and AutoAuthority began as a way to make sure my dad’s chapter of it stays visible in the era his clients now search in. It takes everything an agent has already earned, the record, the neighborhood knowledge, the reputation, and structures it so AI can finally see it. If you’ve spent decades building a name worth finding, this exists so it gets found.

Common questions

How is this different from SEO?

AI assistants evaluate expertise differently than Google ranks pages: they look for direct answers, demonstrated local depth, and structured proof. AutoAuthority builds specifically for that, then tracks whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini actually cite you.

Do I need to replace my current website?

No. Your AutoAuthority site lives on its own address and works alongside whatever you have. Many agents point a subdomain at it; some eventually make it their main site. Both work.

Where does the content come from?

From your onboarding. The questions your ideal clients ask AI become your question bank; every article answers one of them in your voice, with your numbers, and passes a Fair Housing compliance gate before anything publishes.

How long until results?

AI engines re-read the web continuously, but authority compounds. Most agents see first citations within 60 to 90 days. Your dashboard tracks it weekly so you never have to take our word for it.

The agents who move first own what comes next.

Your market has room for one or two AI-visible Realtors®. Claim the position before someone else does.
