Two builds. Real numbers. No stock screenshots.
These are sites we built and run. Every figure below was measured, not estimated. One is a 50-year real estate name in Huntington Beach. One is a B2B advisory firm in a completely different industry. The same approach put both of them where AI can find them.

Real estate · Huntington Beach
A 50-year name, rebuilt so AI can read it.
Craig Ratowsky has sold homes in Huntington Beach since 1977, more than 900 of them across two generations. The reputation was real. The website was not built for how AI decides who to name. We replaced the platform, structured the whole record for machines, and set a content engine running that publishes on its own every day.

A 64 on mobile, rebuilt into an engine that answers.
Elevator Insight reviews the proposals building owners get from elevator companies and tells them what is fair. The business was strong. The WordPress site was heavy and slow, and it was not built to be found by the AI a facilities manager now asks first. We rebuilt it on Next.js and gave it a blog engine that writes itself.
